Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with
the production of certificates of title NA85A/171 and NA85A/172, for the order for amalgamated title from
The Far North District Council to The Far North District Council, lodged under 5339697, Land Registration District of North Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
