44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease A. 363608.10 for the registration of transfer power of sale and the issue of a new title from
John Peter Leeder to Michael John O'Connor and Margaret Beth O'Connor, lodged under application 5332544, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
