Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the agreement for sale and purchase of certificate of title GS1B/383, in the names of Paul Kahukiwa and Pine Kahukiwa, application 5320936.1, for the transfer (fee simple being acquired from certificate
of title GS2B/189) from Her Majesty the Queen to Paul Kahukiwa and Pine Kahukiwa, lodged under application 5320936.2, Land Registration District of Gisborne.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
