Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificates of title 27/296 and 43/196
for the registration of a Gazette Notice from the Education Boards of the Wellington Education District to Her Majesty the Queen for education purposes, lodged under application 5312646, Land Registration District of Marlborough.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
