44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title WND4/101 for the order
for a new certificate of title for The Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club Incorporated, lodged under 5101926, Land Registration District of Wellington.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
