44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 18C/219 for the discharge of family benefit charge H. 061696.3 and transfer from The Home Mortgage Company Limited to Steven Charles Cocup and Mavis Dulcie Cocup, lodged under 5265428, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
