44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 22D/1471 for the transfer in exercise of power of sale and a memorandum of mortgage from ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited and Janine Linda Lee and Abbas Ruhaima Al-Saadi to Janine Linda Lee and Abbas Ruhaima Al-Saadi and ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited respectively, lodged under 5267169, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
