Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 51/283 for the registration of a memorandum of mortgage from Barry Holder (also known as Houra) to Provincial Finance, Limited lodged under 5066009.3, Land Registration District of Marlborough.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
