44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 58C/427 for the transfer from Brian Anthony Christensen and Margaret Elaine Christensen to Stephen Paul Clancy and Colina Iris Rhind, lodged under 5252407.1, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
