I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for
the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the
14th day of February 2002.
Application 5796 by Alison Graham Fordham and Peter Fordham, as executors of the estate of Frank Fordham (who was the last surviving executor of the estate of Cornelius Burnett), for an estate in fee-simple as to 3 square metres, more or less, being part of section 63, Town of Wanganui, being the land remaining in Deeds Index 7/63.
The land is better shown as part of Lots 3, 4 and 6 on a plan lodged in this office under No. 83666.
The recorded documentary owner of the land is Cornelius Burnett, who received the land under Conveyance 64930.
