I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for
the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the
7th day of February 2002.
Application 5795 by Keith Taylor Matthews, solicitor of Wellington, for an estate in fee-simple as to a 1/3 share in
84 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5 on Deeds
Plan 253, being the land remaining in Deeds Index 27/289.
The current documentary owner of the 1/3 share in Lot 5 on Deeds Plan 253 is Emilie Clara Spring, who received the land under Conveyance 85648.
