Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 159/2 for the order for a new certificate of title to deposit plan 305554 from Buildwell Developments Limited to Buildwell Developments Limited, lodged under 5241467, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
