I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
Such certificate of title may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 25th day of July 2002.
Application 5136338.1 by the Wellington City Council for an estate in fee simple in 230 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land Registry under No. 302347, such land being also part of the former bed of the Ohiro Stream.
This land adjoins the land in certificate of title WN406/112 (Lot 1, Deposited Plan 3548), the registered proprietor of which is the above-named applicant.
