I hereby give notice that an application has been lodged with me by the below-named applicant for the issue to him of a certificate of title for the land described below, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 and section 200 of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
Such certificate of title may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before the 19th day of July 2002.
Application 5132131.1 by Anthony Charles Simpson for an estate in fee simple in 6422 square metres, more or less, being part of Section 23, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve, being the land contained in certificate of title, Volume WN330, folio 75 (limited as to parcels). Such land is more particularly described and defined as Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 304321 (Wellington Land Registration District).
The registered proprietors of the above land are Alexander George Simpson, of Hunterville, and William John Simpson and Duncan Simpson, both of Heaton Park, Marton, all farmers.
The applicant occupies the land in conjunction with his ownership of the land in certificate of title WN58C/690 in relation to which he and Betty Jean Simpson are registered as proprietors.
All the land above is situated in Wanganui Road, Marton.
