44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificates of title 170/157 and A3/943 for the order for new certificates of title for Lots 1-2, D.P. 306835 from Alexander James Taylor, Helen Margaret Taylor and Taylor Farms Limited to Alexander James Taylor, Helen Margaret Taylor and Taylor Farms Limited, lodged under 5231345, Land Registration District of Taranaki.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
