44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, under OCT 5171281.1, being an application for a separate certificate of title, pursuant to section 72 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, in respect of a 39.81/100th share owned by I & J Wilson Limited in certificate of title MB4A/931, Land District of Marlborough.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
