The undermentioned persons have applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.
The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Land Information New Zealand Office at Wellington before the 9th day of August 2002, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicants or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
JFH Application No. 5167350.1 in the names of Tang Shiu Ping and Hon Kuen Lo, affecting all that parcel of land situated at Nagpur Street, Wellington, containing 496 square metres, more or less, being Lot 60, D.P. 32541, comprised in certificate of title WN9B/33, Land Registration District of Wellington.
