44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 11C/948, for the order for a new certificate of title from Nigel Bruce Haworth and Dianne Haworth, lodged under 5123516, Land Registration District of Nelson.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
