44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 2009/72 for the transfer
in exercise of power of sale and a memorandum of
mortgage from ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited and Katherine Nancy Brown to Katherine Nancy Brown and ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited respectively, lodged under 5196536, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
