44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 60A/722 for the discharge of mortgage, transfer and cancellation of Unit Plan S. 72656 from Patricia May Kirker to The Retirement Village "Netherville" Incorporated, lodged under 5165792, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
