Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 20 December 2001, Stopping Road, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 January 2002, No. 5, page 146, by deleting the following from the body
of the notice:
"to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council"
and substituting the following:
"to be stopped and vested in the Whangarei District Council".
