Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that:
(a) The land firstly to thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title NL107/74.
(b) The land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title NL10A/640.
