New Plymouth District
Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for catchment protection purposes and shall remain vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
