Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 16 (2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in the First Schedule as local purpose reserve (road), subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.
(b) Pursuant to section 16 (2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in the Second Schedule as local purpose reserve (drainage), subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.

Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Road)
1.0560 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 61823 and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
Second Schedule
Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Drainage)
3.488 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. Plan 61823 and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
4.735 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, S.O. Plan 61823 and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
