Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,

(a) The portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Proclamation B. 628910.1, New Zealand Gazette 2000, page 3383.
