Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of September 2001, setting apart land for a public school and to remain vested
in the Crown, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 September 2001, No. 124, page 3232, by substituting
the areas
"2.4514" ha and "0.0739" ha
in the Schedule with the areas
"2.2908" ha and "0.0738" ha.
