Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Kapiti Coast District Council authorises the exchange
of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule
for the land described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule
77 square metres and 57 square metres, more or less,
being those parts of Lot 22, D.P. 70122 contained in Lot 2, L.T. 87790. Part certificate of title 38A/640.
Second Schedule
132 square metres and 9 square metres, more or less,
being those parts of Lot 8, D.P. 70122 contained in Lot 1, L.T. 87790. Part certificate of title 38A/631.
