Road, Marahau
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice
to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title NL109/148, subject to fencing agreement in transfer 444476.

126 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 305711.
Second Schedule
424 square metres, being Section 2, S.O. Plan 305711.
