Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitakere City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and to be hereafter known as Burbery Reserve.

911 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 69923.
