for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the service lane described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title 128C/963 and vested in Kabisa Contracts Limited on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
