(a) The portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall vest in the Waipa District Council.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA66B/675, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 149569.2.
(c) The portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title SA66B/676, subject to memorandum of mortgage 5246231.4.
