Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificates of title NL10A/1 (49/100 share) and NL10A/55 (51/100 share), subject to transfer 263160.5 creating right of way easement.
