to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 2 October 2002, amalgamating stopped road and severance with the land in certificate of title WN549/208, subject to mortgage B. 688982.3, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
10 October 2002, No. 150, page 3908, by deleting the First and Second Schedules and replacing them with the following:
