Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on 5 October 2002:
"THAT, pursuant to sections 14 and 23 of the Reserves Act 1977 and in compliance with sections 119 and 120 of the Reserves Act 1977, Council hereby resolves to vest an area of 20 square metres, more or less, being shown as Section 11 on Survey Office Plan 61747 as æLocal Purpose Segregation Reserve'."
