Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
the protection of fauna, flora and wahi tapu, to be known as
Te Ranga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Henare and Wiremu Hoori.

North Auckland Land District
Part of the lands situated in Blocks VII and XI, Russell Survey District and described as follows:

110 Parts of Old Land Claim 125, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 778, folio 28 (North Auckland Land Registry).
213 Waikare 7B, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Russell Survey District and being part of the
land described in Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 23 October 1917 (Taitokerau Registry).
Waikare 8G, situated in Block XI, Russell Survey District and being part of the land described in Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 9 June 1916 (Taitokerau Registry).
