Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 24 June 2002, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 July 2002,
No. 76, page 2032, by first deleting paragraph (c) and substituting it with the following:
"(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3);"
and by secondly deleting paragraph (c) (iv) and substituting it with the following:
"(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty the Queen for conservation purposes."
