Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 9 September 2002, amending a notice declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 2002, No. 139, page 3715.
