Conservation Purposes
Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule, such land to remain subject to a deed of easement registered as 5098276.1, is held for conservation purposes.
