A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for waste water treatment purposes and to be vested in Watercare Services Limited on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

3.606 hectares, being Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 45046 and comprised in certificate of title, Volume 20C, folio 286.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 9th day of October 2002.
