Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of Ngati Koroki Kahukura, to be known as Taurewarewa Urupa.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks II and III, Maungatautari Survey District, and described as follows:
Area Being
1 rood 18 perches (more or less) Part Maungatautari No. 1A South No. 1 (burial ground) Block, as comprised in residue of title, Volume 226, folio 234, South Auckland Land District.
