(a) Declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart for wharf and shall remain vested in Napier City Council;
(b) Declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for road and shall remain vested in Napier City Council;
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
