Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
the portion of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA68C/269, subject to encumbrances thereon.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3),
the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA20B/225, subject to encumbrances thereon.
