In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Waikato District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on
27 August 2002.
"That under section 14 of the Act, the Waikato District Council resolves to declare that the pieces of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be recreation reserve."

1095 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, Deposited Plan S. 5356. All certificate of title 3B/726.
