Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares:
(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title SA20B/253, subject to memorandum of lease B. 592615.1.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title SA27B/1189, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 942361.6.
