Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 118 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in
the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
