Under the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegated authority from the Ministry of Conservation, the Community Services Manager of the Tasman District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tasman District Council on 12 September 2002:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tasman District Council resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule be declared to be a local purpose (public utility) reserve

Nelson Land District-Tasman District
1150 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 16028. All certificate of title 10C/311."
