Christchurch City
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of August 2002 with the above heading and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
8 August 2002, No. 94, page 2558, by omitting from the recital the following:
"(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council"
and inserting therein the following:
"(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Christchurch City Council".
