Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Pariroa A and B which was set apart for the purpose of a place of historical interest, village and meeting place for the common use
and benefit of the owners by notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 8 April 1926, No. 21, page 908.
