Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes
the reservation as a government purpose reserve for the purpose of the health and disability sector and for related purposes over the land described in the Schedule.
From the date of revocation, the provisions of section 11E (6) of the Health Sector (Transfers) Act 1993 apply
to the land.

9.6301 hectares, being Lot 1, D.P. 9030; Lots 1 and 2,
D.P. 8667, Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 22488. Certificates of title 390/96 (all), 399/122 (all) and 310/179 (all).
