Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Gazette Notice B. 421055.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 9 February 1995, page 396).
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Gazette Notice 411115.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 1980, page 2267).
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987.
(e) Pursuant to sections 119 (1) and 52, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken and vested in the Crown and set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987.
